Craig went out of town on business and just like clockwork the kids got sick. It happens every time he goes out of town! After laying by Savannaha moaning and crying all night long I took her to the doctor and she was diagnosed with her first ear infections. She ended up missing preschool and her sing and dance performance class because she wasn't feeling good. So to make up for a bummer day we went to Classic Skating with her cousin Blake. This is the same skating rink that Craig went to when he was little. It was fun to imagine him roller skating around in stone washed jeans and a mullet back in high school.
I'm not sure Savannah knew what to think of this crazy place.
This picture was taken last week but I thought it was cute. Blake came over to play so I set up a tea party for them with the tea set Blake gave Savannah for her birthday. They drank hot chocolate and ate cookies. I have never seen such good manners from them before! I wish I had a good explanation for the swimsuit... I'm not sure what was going on there.

oh shoot! That's not fun to have sick kids alone! I hope you got video of you and Kirsti Roller blading too! That I would be excited to see... Yeah we miss you guys too, its just been a bit crazy lately with all the weekend trips to LA, but we won't be making any for a while now.
Thanks for hanging with us at Classic! Next time we will have to get out and skate too...I think I am going to teach Luke to ride the scooter on his own for next time.
