On the 4th of July I participated in the Freedom Festival 10K run. It was by far the biggest (and longest) race I've ever participated in. There were over 1000 runners in the 10K and over 3000 runners in the 5K. I felt pretty good durring the run besides getting a bug in my eye and the hill in the last mile kicking my butt. I also learned a valuable lesson... don't eat Mexican food the night before. Pretty obvious but I cannot say no to Bajio.
In a moment of weakness I signed up for a half marathon. It is in about a month so I've got some time to get ready. Between my Saturday long runs and Craig's Saturday long bike rides (he's gearing up for the 108 mile Tour De Park City) our Saturdays are SHOT!!!

Look at all the fun things you have been up to! What a blast! I am so proud of you! You are the best, and sorry about the Mexican food. That could never be good!
Way to go...I need to start getting rid of this excess baby fat. Looks like you are having no problem with that!
